Building a home can be a very exciting and daunting process and we are here every step of the way to help you and your family figure out the best financing options for building your new home, finding your home site, and ensuring the home you want can go ON your home site, all while keeping you protected throughout the contract process. Whether you buy the land now and build later, or do a construction loan, we are here for you and will keep you educated and informed throughout the entire process!

Looking for a New Build from a Developer?
Did you know it costs you NOTHING to have an agent represent you when purchasing a new build, quick delivery home in a development? We work with buyers all the time and help liaise between them and the builder - we will explain the contract to you, advocate for you on pricing of your new build (everything is negotiable), coordinate a home inspection above and beyond the builder walk through, and keep an eye on the building process from start to finish making sure all building AND financial deadlines are met. It's always best to have an advocate working JUST for your when purchasing a new home, and we love our builder relationships we've formed in Maryland and South Central Pennsylvania! New builds are a great way to get into a home, especially as many builders accept contingent contracts if you need to sell your home first.
