Dave is passionate about real estate because before real estate, Dave worked as a service manager at Tesla for 10 years where he learned how important client service from start to finish can be. Dave also has incredible leadership skills which can be implemented into negotiations as well. Dave is licensed in both Maryland and Pennsylvania and a steadfast advocate for his buyers and sellers. When Dave is not selling houses, he is spending time with his family and friends. Dave has been a Carroll County local for 30 years.
